Kelly Griffith has been part of the Fuquay group since 2007. She started out as an intern reporter for the Fuquay-Varina Independent while attending UNC at Pembroke and following graduation with honors, she joined the staff as a reporter. She was promoted to editor of the Garner News in 2008 and became the managing editor of the Wake County Community Newspapers in 2012.
