Michael Dantel Hepps-Nelms, 23, of Apex was arrested Feb. 21 on trespassing and driving while impaired charges.

Kory Allen Kendall, 25, of Apex was arrested Feb. 22 on an injury to real property charge.

An arrest was made in a Feb. 22 incident reported off N. Mason St. allegedly involving simple assault.

Stephanie Ann Johns, 35, of Apex was arrested Feb. 22 on obtaining drugs by fraud and contempt of court charges.

Vandana Yadav, 40, of Apex was arrested Feb. 23 on a larceny charge.

Derrick Louis Murphy, 25, of Raleigh was arrested Feb. 23 on a driving while impaired charge.

Jason Scott Caselli, 48, of Apex was arrested Feb. 24 on a failure to appear charge.

Jonathan Pierre Lee, 28, of Raleigh was arrested Feb. 24 on a failure to appear charge.

Janette Brodie Curtis, 56, of Apex was arrested Feb. 25 on a failure to appear charge.

Larceny by shoplifting or concealment was reported Feb. 22 off Apex Peakway. The case was cleared.

Larceny was reported Feb. 23 off Straywhite Ave. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny by shoplifting or concealment was reported Feb. 24 off N. Salem St. The case is under further investigation.
