Four members of the Apex Police Department recently graduated from the West Point Leadership Program held through Methodist University. The course is based on the leadership development courses offered to third year students at the United State Military Academy. This marks the second group of Apex personnel to complete the course, which requires 102 hours of leadership study. Pictured from left are Cpl.
