More than 1,700 Apex High School students received free Roo Cups from Kangaroo Express last week during a promotional giveaway at the school’s football stadium.
Kangaroo Express gave away the cups as a reward to students with perfect attendance and no behavioral issues during a two-week period.
The popular Roo Cups were first introduced last year and 264,000 were sold in one month. The cups are purchased for $6.99 and can be refilled throughout the summer at any Kangaroo Express for just 25 cents per visit.
