Colonial Village at Beaver Creek celebrated a ribbon cutting with the Apex Chamber of Commerce on August 30. Colonial Village at Beaver Creek purchased Creekside Hills Apartments in August of 2011. The property was only four years old but in the last year Colonial has put in over $1 million of renovations to beautify the property.
