Arrests

Talmadge Lee Stainback, 29, of Henderson was arrested July 27 on charges of trafficking in drugs, possessing or receiving stolen goods, possession of drug/medicine, and failure to appear.

In a July 27 incident allegedly involving simple affray, one minor was cited and another was referred to juvenile court.

Jonathan Richard Glauser, 26, of Apex was arrested July 28 on charges of possession of marijuana – simple misdemeanor possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samantha Furnioss Morris, 38, of Apex was arrested July 29 on charges of expired inspection sticker, driving while a license was revoked, expired/fictitious/altered registration plate/card, and improper muffler. Crimes

One count of residential breaking and entering, and five counts of larceny from and breaking and entering into motor vehicles, were reported July 26 off Grassy Point Ln.

Breaking and entering into and larceny from a motor vehicle were reported off North Salem St. July 27. A GPS unit was stolen.

Larceny by an employee was reported off Schieffelin Rd. July 28. Assorted package meats were reported stolen.

Damage to real property was reported July 29 at Apex High School off Laura Duncan Rd. The school was reportedly spray painted in numerous areas.

Larceny of a purse was reported July 29 off Lynch St.

Residential breaking and entering and larceny were reported July 29 off Bullfinch Ln. Digital cameras, computers, Ipods, watches and a phone were reported stolen.

Larceny of a curb expansion joint was reported July 30 at Ready Mixed Concrete Co. off East Williams St.
