Holly Springs, NC)—The Devils Ridge Golf Club is hosting a “Turkey Links” November 23, 2009. Bring a 10 pound Frozen Turkey or more and play a round of golf at one of the Triangle’s premiere private golf clubs for the price of one cart fee ($20.00) or receive a playback certificate to come back to Devils Ridge and play at a later date. Shotgun starts at 11:00 am. The “Turkey Links program provides an affordable and rewarding charitable experience for those who are interested in helping those families in need this Thanksgiving.” said Raymond Reyes, Head Golf Professional, Carolina’s Section. “The program will also provide a casual yet structured complimentary golf clinic for anyone interested in learning the game of golf. The Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina will be at the golf course to collect turkeys and accept donations.
