Arrests Francisco Manuel-Espinoza Torres, 21, of Raleigh was arrested Oct. 30 on charges of eluding arrest, speeding and steering with an improper mechanism.

Stephen Christopher Deyton, 39, of Raleigh, and Antwane Terrill Downey, 27, of Apex were arrested Oct. 31. Charges in the incident included two counts of driving while impaired, one count of driving while a license was revoked and one count of failure to appear.

Angel Rose Johnson, 18, of Durham was arrested Oct. 31 on a failure to appear charge.

Phillip Joseph Morgan, 32, of Durham was arrested Oct. 31 on a driving while a license was revoked charge.

Eddie Alexander Fuller IV, 27, of Durham was arrested Nov. 1 on trafficking in drugs; trespassing in the second degree; resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer; and disorderly conduct by abusive language or gesture charges.

Bruce Freddie Flemmings, 46, of Cary was arrested Nov. 3 on a worthless check charge.

Mitchell Howard Helms, 45, of Apex was arrested Nov. 3 on an obtaining property by fraud-false pretense charge.

Thomas Edwards Burnette, 47, of Apex was arrested Nov. 4 on a failure to appear charge.

Connie Anita Stansell, 39, and Mark Joseph Stansell, 46, both of Apex, were cited Nov. 5. Charges in the incident included assault on a female and simple assault. Crimes

Larceny by shoplifting a television was reported Oct. 26 off Apex Pkwy.

Larceny of a license plate was reported Oct. 30 off Classic Rd.

Larceny of a drop bag with $1,985 was reported Oct. 30 off Beaver Creek Commons Dr.

Financial identity fraud resulting in $285 in transactions was reported Oct. 30 off East Williams St. Breaking and entering into and larceny of $100 from a motor vehicle were reported Oct. 31 off Brittingham Loop.

Breaking and entering, damaging an aluminum door, was reported Nov. 1 off Beaver Creek Commons Dr.

Fourteen counts of breaking and entering and larceny from motor vehicles were reported Nov. 3 off Upchuch St. Numerous tools were reported stolen. The victim was listed as Town of Apex Public Works.
