Melvin MacMurray Farmer, 45, of Durham was arrested Jan. 21 on failure to appear and traffic charges.

James Dion Hollin, 29, of Raleigh was arrested Jan. 22 on motor vehicle theft and embezzlement charges.

Lakesha Sisco Lipscomb, 33, of Pittsboro was cited Jan. 22 on a possession of marijuana – simple misdemeanor possession charge.

Kelly Virgil English, 18, of Cary and Olivia Juliet Halman, 19, of Chapel Hill were arrested Jan. 23.

Charges in the incident were possession of marijuana – simple misdemeanor possession; possession of drug paraphernalia; resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer; underage possession or consumption of beer/unfortified wine; and underage consumption/purchase/possession.

Patrick Joseph Fullem, 54, of Cary was arrested Jan. 23 on driving while impaired; driving while a license was revoked; open container after consuming alcohol; driving left of center; and resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer charges.

Carmellia Antonio Bess Jr., 23, Marcel Jerome Kea, 20, and Arlandia Quaadir Parker, 21, all of Durham, were arrested Jan. 23. Charges in the incident were resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer; speeding to elude arrest; and parole/probation violation.

Andreau Tiffy Graham, 23, of Willow Spring and Isiah Harris Jr., 31, of Holly Springs were arrested Jan. 24.
