Charles Robert Holland, 19, of Apex was cited April 22 on driving while impaired with a provisional license and failure to report an accident charges.

Everett Orrie Mann Jr., 41, of Apex was arrested April 22 on assault on a female; simple assault; injury to personal property; resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer; and assault on a public official charges.

Austin Aaron Jones, 32, of Cary was arrested April 22 on a possessing or receiving stolen goods charge.

Hilario Benitez Medrano, 31, of Raleigh was arrested April 23 on a failure to appear charge.

Teyeani Micaiah Diggs, 34, of Apex was arrested April 23 on a failure to appear charge.

Two minors were arrested in an April 24 incident and charged with larceny – shoplifting/concealment.

William Marion Lewis, 47, of Apex was arrested April 25 on driving while impaired; resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer; and transporting an open container of alcoholic beverage after consuming charges.

Alexander J Sallans, 21, of Raleigh was arrested April 25 on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.

Cody Alexander Yates, 19, of Apex was arrested April 27 on possessing or receiving stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretense charges.

Jose Manuel Serrano, 34, of Durham was arrested April 28 on a failure to appear charge.

Geirmard Michael Bell, 23, of Bunnlevel was arrested April 29 on two counts of a larceny by employee charge.

Larceny of four pedestrian crossing signs was reported April 23 off North Salem and Saunders streets.

Commercial breaking and entering and larceny, as well as property damage, were reported at A & K Food Mart off East Williams St. April 24. A glass door was damaged and 102 cartons of cigarettes were stolen.

Larceny was reported April 26 at Racing Mart off South Salem St. Gas valued at $2.01 was stolen.
