Amy Beth Miller, 41, of Cary was cited Sept. 24 on a larceny – shoplifting/concealment charge.
Carolina Kuehne, 26, of Raleigh was cited Sept. 24 on a larceny charge.
Cramer Eugene Davey, 24, of Apex was arrested Sept. 25 on two counts of a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle charge.
A minor was cited Sept. 25 on possession of marijuana – simple misdemeanor possession and possession of drug paraphernalia charges.
Sean Patrick Travers, 18, of Apex was arrested Sept. 25 on possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon charges.
Andrew David Henrichon, 23, of Apex was arrested Sept. 25 on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.
Faith Ann Jenkins, 26, of Apex was arrested Sept. 25 on a failure to appear charge.
Brian William Gotto, 27, of Apex was arrested Sept. 26 on open container and driving while a license was revoked charges.
Jesus Rojus Santiago, 22, of Smithfield was arrested Sept. 26 on driving while impaired and license charges.
Gregory Steven Charles, 46, of Apex was arrested and Ebonie Tenay Chappell, 21, of Raleigh was cited Sept. 26. Charges in the incident were assault.
A minor was arrested and another was cited in an incident reported Sept. 27. The charge in the incident was simple affray.
Urshima Lil-py Toomer, 34, of Durham was arrested Sept. 27 on possession of a controlled substance, trespassing, larceny – shoplifting/concealment, and possession of drug paraphernalia charges. Deborah Hughes Coble, 52, of Apex was arrested Sept. 27 on a resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer charge.
Willie Sean Ellerbee, 39, of Great Barrington, MA, was arrested, and David Maurice Aben, 55, of Apex was cited Sept. 27. Charges in the incident were assault inflicting serious injury and assault with a deadly weapon.
Phillip Dwight Coble, 54, of Apex was arrested Sept. 27 on driving while a license was revoked, fictitious information to an officer and traffic charges.
Ike David Simmons, 35, of Apex was arrested Sept. 28 on a failure to appear charge.
Kirstin Grant Schoonover, 40, of Apex was arrested Sept. 28 on a failure to appear charge.
Alexander Grant Dyer, 20, of Apex was arrested Sept. 29 on a breaking and entering into and larceny from a motor vehicle charge.
Four suspects were charged in an incident reported Oct. 1. Two minors were charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering and resisting, delaying and obstructing. Two other suspects were charged with trespassing and resisting, delaying and obstructing.

Breaking and entering into and larceny from a motor vehicle were reported Sept. 25 off Steam Ridge Ct.
Property damage to a vehicle was reported Sept. 25 off Nasturtium Way.
Breaking and entering into and larceny from a motor vehicle were reported Sept. 27 off James St. A wallet, cash and more were stolen.
